Return item collected 25/11 as agreed. Was promised email confirming receipt of returned item and subsequent email advising of ‘sent refund’ . Contacted Wayfair by email myself to request update 8/12 Reply received quickly ‘due to error’ my refund was not sent…now on its way! Today 17/12 I have again requested update. Due to ‘technical error’ my refund was not authorised. Apparently, the FINANCE DEPT will today send my £60 refund ‘manually’ and this will take 10 business days!! I will update this message when I receive it……..
