Hanging on to the shreds of my sanity after trying to leave VM at the end of another unwanted contract extension. Gave notice in December yet still ‘connected’ and being billed despite returning (with difficulty as bolted into the wiring) all the kit. Have made a formal complaint and received a completely banal and pointless response. Hours of my life wasted on numerous and fruitless phone calls which involve being passed from person to person in descending order of intelligence and usually cut off after explaining the situation ad infinitum. Utterly infuriating, time consuming and debilitating.
