Frequent loss of service, can’t even download short audio without buffering let alone video. Your own tests (on the odd occasion they actually work) say no problem, but Windows diagnostics say there is a fault between the router & the ISP. independent speed tests show ping speed up to 1898 & upload speed 0! Meanwhile you’ve increased the price by 10% without prior notification or warning. As far as I’m concerned you are currently in breach of contract as you are consistently failing to provide the service I’m paying for. In spite of paying for broadband my current connection is no faster than dial up! Sort this now or face legal action! You are not providing the service I’m paying for
i was with BT and no problems whatsover.
after sky secretly increased my tv package i finally agreed to move everything to including broadband to sky to recieve a better deal……….but my broadband speeds FREQUENTLY drop to less than 10mbps. Try and call sky and you get a pathetic computerised system that does not make sense and can never get through to a human!! Think its time to leave again.
After been with SKY for a number of years think they’ve priced themselves out of my home! When your bill rises from £47 to £66 per month and you receive nothing more in fact I do think I’m receiving less for my money! When money is tight in a pandemic how can they justify this!!!
