Scottish Power, how do they get away with it, I have even emailed Mr Keith Anderson, CEO, I received a reply 16 days ago saying my complaint would be dealt with in 12 days, I have since sent another 2 emails, no response.
I complained in January, since the original complaint it has just escalated, I have been promised 5 callbacks from an account manager, the complaint is showing on my online account as ongoing from 18th January, no update since then. I call and they don’t have a clue what the complaint is about.
Where can I go from here?
