Direct Line Car Insurance reviews

Direct Line – anyone else having problems with their website and call centre. Website refused to recognise my details, I spent over an hour on the telephone, and when I was finally connected to an operative, they hung up as soon as I spoke. All I’m trying to do is renew our car insurance.
