Terrible service

Review of Cottages.com
I have returned from holiday over 2 weeks ago. Was charged a £500 security deposit a week before the holiday – I am still waiting for it to be refunded. Have emailed them but it was not answered. Rung several times- now told it might be another 7 – 10 days. So they will have had the deposit for a good 6 weeks! Terrible service.
