Ao installation of dishwasher

Review of ao.com
Had a dishwasher installed which caused a leak. Damaged my kitchen and AO have offered £1,000 pounds compensation. Been 4 months and not resolved. They have caused thousands of pounds of damage and have a kitchen which has a damp smell.
